When utilizing an all-star greeting, remember the goal is to get the potential new patient talking about themselves. When you ask personal, open-ended questions, it breaks down barriers and helps you to connect with the potential new patient. By asking questions, you have the opportunity to find the patient’s “why” for coming into the practice. When asking questions, keep the focus on the patient and how you and your office can help them achieve their dental goals.
