Nice-To-Haves

  • Prior experience in a dental office administration role
  • Dental insurance knowledge 
  • Understanding of dental terminology
  • Experience scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Prior experience working with {Patient Management Software}
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Previous phone marketing / customer service experience

ABOUT THE POSITION 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome potential new patients and help give them an amazing first impression
  • Provide exemplary customer service throughout the entire patient journey
  • Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls 
  • Assess and accommodate the needs of patients {and referring practices} with compassion and accuracy
  • Address and overcome any price and insurance related objections from prospective new patients
  • Partner with in-office teams to communicate any information necessary
  • Manage doctors’ schedules and revise as needed
  • Assist with other practice responsibilities, including marketing and administrative duties
  • Develop and foster sustainable relationships with referring dental offices, their team, and doctors
  • Utilize and navigate multiple computer programs while speaking with patients
