  • Strong phone communication skills for effective patient interaction and conversion 
  • Ability to analyze and utilize marketing data to optimize strategy and improve results

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Work closely with Marketing Director and Brand Ambassador to develop brand initiatives Design and manage all aspects of digital marketing and social media strategy, including paid campaigns, web, display, social media, patient communications, and Google My Business
  • Set baseline KPI goals to track new patient flow from digital marketing efforts, such as:
    • Increase patient referrals by X% 
    • Increase Google reviews by Y% 
    • Improve social media engagement by Z% 
  • Continuously develop digital marketing strategies to increase new patient numbers while staying updated with the latest online marketing trends 
  • Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors to engage local businesses, non-profit organizations, and referring practices through social media platforms 
  • Develop, schedule, and execute ongoing strategies for social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube 
  • Prepare and submit regular updates to the Marketing Director in creating engaging content for distribution across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, email, text, video, print, press releases, and inter-office communications Work with third-party marketing vendors to increase new patient leads 
  • Support the Marketing Director and Brand Ambassador with other tasks as needed
