ABOUT YOU
Essential Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field or combined equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of building successful, integrated digital marketing campaigns
- In depth knowledge of multiple digital advertising channels; including paid search, display, paid social, video, push notifications and email
- Experience in collecting and analyzing SEO, SEM marketing analytics
Nice-To-Haves
- Dental industry experience or knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role
- Growth-minded individual that is self-driven and passionate about creating online sales funnels
ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Director and Brand Ambassador in developing brand initiatives
- Design and oversee all aspect of digital marketing and social media strategy, including; paid, web, display, social media, patient communications, and Google My Business
- Establish baseline KPI goals that monitor new patient flow from digital marketing campaigns
- Continually develop digital marketing strategies to increase new patient numbers that leverage the latest online marketing trends
- Partner with any Brand Ambassadors to reach and engage local businesses, non-profit organizations and referring practices through social media platforms
- Develop, schedule and execute ongoing strategy for social media pages; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Prepare and submit regular updates to Director of Marketing
- Assist in the creation of engaging content to be distributed across multiple media platforms; social media, websites, newsletters, email, text, video, print, press release, and inter-office communications
- Partner with 3rd party marketing vendors in an effort to increase new patient leads
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn about new strategies and gain knowledge about the ever-changing digital landscape
- Assist the Marketing Director and Brand Ambassador as needed for other tasks assigned
